Who should attend? Persons who are new to the program(s) as well as those desiring a refresher course (owners, management company personnel, managers, leasing agents).
Compliance Guidebooks: Workshop participants shall bring their own existing Florida Housing Compliance Guidebook to the compliance training workshop. Both the Compliance Guidebook and the workshop presentation formatted for notetaking are available for download from the Florida Housing website; participants may wish to print a copy and bring to the workshop.
