Who should attend? Persons who are new to the program(s) as well as those desiring a refresher course (owners, management company personnel, managers, leasing agents).
Compliance Guidebooks **No Guidebooks Will Be Included This Year** Workshop participants shall bring their own existing Florida Housing Compliance Guidebook to the compliance training workshop. Both the Compliance Guidebook and the workshop presentation formatted for notetaking are available for download from the Florida Housing website; participants may wish to print a copy and bring to the workshop.

Refund Policy: Workshop fees are non-refundable; however a credit may be transferred to another individual within the organization for the same event date or to another FHFC workshop held within one year of the transfer request.
